    Shipping & Fulfillment

    Where do you ship from?
    All orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, and ship from the nearest facility depending on your location.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment, plus shipping time:

    U.S. orders: typically arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment

    International orders: may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a production issue. If that happens, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

    What materials are your hats and totes made from?
    We use 100% cotton twill for hats and durable canvas for totes — details are listed on each product page.

    Are your products sustainable?
    We produce everything on demand, which means no excess inventory or waste. It’s a slower, more intentional way to create — aligned with our values.

  • Other Questions

    Can I cancel or change my order?
    Orders can only be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make adjustments.

    I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
